Our two traditional cottages are sympathetically renovated and centrally located for exploring the stunning Norfolk countryside, coastline and historic centres, whilst only 3 minutes’ walk from Swaffham’s Georgian market square, boasting an array of independent and national shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and amenities.

Family and pet friendly accommodation, we offer year round all lengths of stay, whether a short break, business trip, week or longer. You may book 1 or both cottages as we can accommodate up to 10 people.

These terrace Swaffham cottages are within easy travelling distance of many attractions to suit all tastes including adventure parks, heritage railway lines, National Trust properties, RSPB, nature reserves, Thursford and Castle Acre. For the more adventurous climb the 300 steps inside Swaffham's wind turbine or enjoy the local sporting amenities including fishing and Swaffham’s 18 hole golf course.  The cathedral centre of Norwich to the east and King Lynn to the west offer theatres, cinemas, museums, restaurants and an array of shops and boutiques.

Equipped to a high standard, including car parking, lawned garden and outdoor facilities, Swaffham Cottages are an excellence base for nature lovers, hiking, cycling or simple relaxation.
